The Project Manager is responsible for the entire renovation and construction by coordinating the building materials and labor within the budget established. This is a critical position in the organization. This person brings together materials and labor to complete projects consistent with specifications provided, and within the estimated budget providing maximum customer satisfaction and job profitability.

 

The individual must have a complete understanding of residential construction and a working knowledge of current building codes.  A person will have complete responsibility and accountability for an entire project; manage all decisions and tasks relating to the successful completion of each project; ensure overall quality and completeness of the project; ensure client satisfaction; and Project Margin Accountability

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma with a continuous record of learning

Training in vocational schools or related on-the-job experience

Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.

 

RESPONSIBLITIES

Responsibility and accountability for an entire project

Manage all decisions and tasks relating to the successful completion of each project

Ensure overall quality and completeness of the project

Ensure client satisfaction

Proven ability and experience to communicate effectively on the phone and with our clients.

Ability to act in a discreet manner

 

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Reliable, good work ethic, high integrity, and drug free (abuse of illegal and legal drugs)

Clean, presentable appearance

Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

Able to read, write and speak English with reasonable capability to be able to communicate with customers, employees, and vendors.
